Tasks / Feladatok

• Identify and coordinate actions to ensure compliance to the IATF 16949 standard
• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS in accordance with IATF 16949 standard
• Plan and execute internal audits to assess compliance with IATF 16946, and internal processes
• Support audit planning, organization
• Manage audit deviations
• Coordinate non-conformance investigation
• Follow up audit findings to ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective
• Conduct trainings of IATF 16949

Requirements / Elvárások

• Experience in automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and its application (support processes)
• Quality management experience
• Process management experience (development experience)
• Internal auditor certification
• In-use knowledge of conducting audits
• Understanding audit issue handling
• Active English knowledge
• Ability to work with various departments to ensure compliance and improve QMS
• Able to use root cause analysis
• Strong process approach
• Ready to take ownership
• Holistic and analytic mindset
• Good communication skills
• Proactive problem solving skills

• Determined personality

• ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge is an advantage
