Training Coordination Associate

A Training Coordination Associate position has opened at our multinational client’s Budapest office. They build enterprise cloud technology that powers the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemical, and cosmetics industries. Their technology has transformed these industries, enabling them to get critical products and services to market faster.
As a Training Coordination Associate, you will:

  • Handle certification renewal purchase transactions efficiently.
  • Develop and oversee certification engagements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding internal training and certifications, and recommend appropriate courses and learning paths.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support by managing certification inquiries through Zendesk.
  • Execute projects with precision, transparency, and a strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Support learners with front-end technical issues.


What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in customer service, supporting both internal and external corporate processes.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in line with established processes and policies.
  • Proactive attitude with strong organisational skills.
  • CRM or ticketing system experience.
