Tasks / Feladatok

  • Event Coordination and Organization: Support the planning, logistics, and seamless execution of talent events and workshops, ensuring all details are managed effectively
  • Project Management: Take on responsibilities such as training and participant management, communication and assisting in the organization of talent events
  • Stakeholder Management: Support interactions with stakeholders both within and outside the organization
  • Talent Development: Contribute to the development and design of modern talent development formats, bringing your own ideas to the table
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct research on current trends and topics, and assist in developing and implementing new initiatives, such as diversity programs
  • Content Creation: Assist in the preparation of presentations and communication materials

Requirements / Elvárások

  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on HR management
  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Experience in talent development or project management is a plus
  • Work Style: You are highly reliable, well-organized, and work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
  • Personality: You bring a creative, open, and solution-oriented mindset to your work
  • Technical Skills: You have solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and use these tools effectively
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills complete your profile. German is a plus
