8+ years in IT infrastructure and data center management
5+ years leading complex international IT projects
3+ years managing security systems and cloud-based infrastructure
Strong PowerShell expertise
Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft M365/Azure Security, CCNA)
Analytical mindset, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
