Feladatok / Tasks

Manage one production line, a team of about 20-40 people, and organize the team to implement production according to the plan

Ensure the normal operation of equipment and strictly control the failure rate of equipment to ensure production

Strengthen material control in various production processes

Improve production processes, efficiency, and control production costs

Provide and maintain a production environment that meets the requirements for producing qualified products, environmental management, and improve the management of tools and instruments

Provide training and assessment for on duty personnel to continuously improve their operational skills

Communicate with external recruitment companies and internal personnel administrative assistants to jointly conduct personnel interviews and recruitment work
