Serbian or Croatian speaking Customer Service Representative

Our partner is standing by transport operators and transport professionals all over Europe, providing them assistance to manage and control their toll payments and profitability. The company offers a wide range of services for the assessment and control of costs relating to tolling, as well as a consultancy service for fleet managers to facilitate the optimization of their work. Main responsibilities:

  • Communication with external clients via phone and e-mail
  • Manage client orders and follow up on the outcome
  • Handle documentation necessary for our clients to have a smooth and easy onboarding
  • Supervision of the monthly billing cycle
  • Handling incoming client claims and feedback
  • Register new clients after the Sales Team scores a contract
  • Inform our clients about various updates that they need to be aware of
  • Keep a good relationship with both internal and external clients
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events



Required skills:

  • Close to native in Serbian or Croatian language
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Computer literacy: MS Office skills
  • Good problem-solving skills



Advantages:

  • Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is an advantage
  • French or Italian language knowledge is an advantage
