Senior Technology Engineer (Trading System)

As a Senior Technology Engineer, you'll be a key player in our client's Trading Analytics function, driving solutions that matter. Collaborate with diverse teams, engage in agile methodologies, and innovate at the forefront of technology.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the team in delivering end-to-end operational risk controls
• Develop platforms and deployment environments within the operational risk area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure services and functionalities meet requirements and deliver value
• Maintain documentation for the implementation of new functionalities and the operation of existing products

Required skills:

• Over 6 years of experience in designing, building, and supporting complex enterprise software systems in trading environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, establish partnerships, and work directly with users to document processes, gather requirements and define solutions
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary, geographically remote teams and effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
• Proficient in Azure DevOps/Jira, Python, PySpark, Java, SQL, and developing microservices using JSON and REST APIs; knowledgeable in data structures, algorithms, and design principles
• Experienced in cloud-native technologies (containers, managed identities), with a basic understanding of TCO, ROI, vulnerability assessment, and various service delivery methods
