Planner in Global Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed planning standards and work processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support best-in-class planning processes.
- Manage daily/weekly planning and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize supply chain operations.
- Drive performance metrics to improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of end-to-end planning standards.
- Assist in ERP standardization and integration of planning tools.
- Train planners to build a high-performing planning organization.
- Develop and execute short-term production schedules.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and warehouses.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and trends.
- Plan transportation and distribution of products.
- Track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
