Responsibilities:
- Lead different strategical IT projects in MOL Group which is the pillar of our 2030 and 2050 Group level Strategy
- Responsible for delivering projects in alignment with business requirements and within defined budget framework and timeline, responsible to manage and control project scope
- Lead project teams from internal IT, business, and external partners side
- Coordinate and drive decision making process and involve senior and top-level management in relevant decision making
- Follow up implementation results, provides inputs for internal resource and external vendor performance evaluation and propose new or enhanced processes and procedures
- Be active member of the IT PM community and contribute to achieve the goals of the newly established and fast growing Circular Economy Services
Requirements:
- University/College degree
- 5+ years relevant experience in project work and/or IT area
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Structured thinking and analytical skills
- Result orientation, effective time and task management
- The ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- International PM Certificate is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and implementations are advantage
- Proactive working style
