Our partner is one of the biggest real estate developers all around Europe. They create high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estates and multi-tenant business parks.

They are operating in 17 countries with more than 380 employees. They operate a fully integrated business model with capabilities and long-standing expertise across the value chain, from land acquisition to development and asset and property management.

Your tasks will be:

• managing and monitoring FM activities
• liaising with tenants
• settling utility bills with tenants
• managing OPEX and CAPEX 
• tendering maintenance and other suppliers
• concluison of contracts

Elvárások / Requirements

• University degree (preferably as a Mechanical engineer or Electrical engineer)
• Fluent English
• structured thinking
• problem solver attitude
• good sense of prioritisation
