Project Manager (Internal Projects)

Tasks / Feladatok

• Planning and implementation of improvement plans for customer projects
• Definition and coordination of all aspects of project planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collect and analyze data to identify process inefficiencies
• Manage and enhance process improvements
• Ensure that the Project Management Process is compliant with the internal PMO requirements and the latest industrial and Project Management standards (A-SPICE, PMI, etc.)
• Support PMO activities (e.g: project monitoring, portfolio management, etc.)
• Collaboration with customers and suppliers
• Support the agile transformation and change management

Requirements / Elvárások

• BSc or MSc degree in engineering, management field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Manager role at a multinational company
• Work experience in IT project delivery and process development
• Competence in Agile methodologies and Software engineering
• Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
• Familiarity with Jira and PM planning tools
• Structural working attitude
• Good analytical, systematic and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill
• Willingness to travel
