Polish IT Service Desk

Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for a Polish speaking Service Desk Agent for hybrid or remote work in Budapest.  

Your new roleThe Service Desk Agent role is focused on taking care of all IT users from our prestigious clients, providing technical assistance and high level of technical problem resolution via telephone, email, chat, or any channel, taking the ownership to monitor the incoming problems until they have been solved, either by him- or herself or with the responsible parties. 
Provide on request consultation/guidance to the pre-sales team on capabilities and services.Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chatSolve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
What you'll need to succeed
You are the successful candidate if you have experience in IT support or customer service.
You need to have strong Polish and English language skills. 
Excellent communication skills and customer centered mindset are essential to fill the role.
For this role you also need to have high school diploma.
