Planning Manager
Key tasks include capacity planning, supervising daily plans, managing the demand process, and ensuring material availability.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the production planning and material flow team.
• Oversee capacity planning and daily plans.
• Manage the demand process and represent the factory in meetings.
• Plan NPI activities and supervise procurement.
• Ensure material availability and handle supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to meet goals.
• Define and track KPIs, oversee employee evaluations, and ensure audit readiness.
• Plan and utilize resources effectively and support logistics projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education or vocational qualification in logistics/economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Proficient in English, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Knowledge of Office programs and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
