P2P Process Improvement Project Manager

A P2P Process Improvement Project Manager position has opened at our multinational client.

They combine secured connectivity, payments, and identity management with cybersecurity, biometrics, cloud computing, and smart devices, serving clients in 180 countries with 15.000 employees worldwide.
The purpose of this role is to optimize procurement, invoice processing, and payment processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
As a P2P Process Improvement Project Manager you will:

• Examine procurement and payment processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and apply methods to lower expenses, enhance precision, and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT departments to drive process improvements.
• Utilize automation technologies and ERP systems to boost operational efficiency.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to facilitate process improvements.

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong understanding of P2P processes and financial operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement initiatives, program management, process optimization, or related business or consulting roles.
• Process improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to present complex information to clients at all levels.
• Expertise in ERP systems.
• Fluent English.
