Your Responsibilities:

• System Integration and Development: Lead the expansion and integration of ERP and CRM systems tailored to our company's needs.
• Process Optimization: Design and refine processes and workflows to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
• Employee Training and Support: Train our team on effective system use and provide ongoing technical support.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of our ERP and CRM systems.
• Data Security: Ensure the integrity and security of our data, complying with data protection and compliance guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to seamlessly integrate and optimize our system landscape.

Your Qualifications:

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/BC: In-depth knowledge of configuring, implementing, and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision or Business Central.
• Business Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to implement these into the ERP and CRM systems. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Independent working style, excellent problem-solving skills, and high commitment.
• Team Spirit: Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to Learn: Open attitude towards continuous training and a readiness to take on responsibility.

We offer a starting gross annual salary of around EUR 60,000 with a willingness to overpay depending on professional qualifications and experience.
