LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Your role:

• Organization of export shipments
• Handling freight quote request on ad-hoc basis
• Preparation of documents
• Arranging customs clearance with an export broker
• Support and cooperate on freight tenders
• Track shipments till completion and report tracking information to related parties
• Cooperate with other departments in all logistics related issues

What you will need:

• Minimum of 1,5- 3 years of Logistics experience
• Can keep a live communication channel with partnering functions (plant, customer service, freight forwarders)
• Competency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
• Bachelor degree  – preferably in Logistics specialization
• Solid understanding of global transportation modes and process
• Fluency in business English and Hungarian
