Feladatok / Tasks

  • Handle inquiries from customers and partners, providing product and service information.

  • Solve technical problems, collaborating with Level 2 specialists for complex cases.

  • Manage customer data in compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring a high standard of service.

  • Perform effective follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate continuously with the team, customers, and partners.

Requirements: 
  • C1 level Italian and at least B2 level confident English language skills.

  • Native level Hungarian knowledge

  • At least a high school diploma (college/university degree preferred).

  • Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Effective follow-up and problem-solving skills.

  • Confident knowledge of MS Office suite.
