It has a leading position in the world of consultancy thanks to its high quality and wide range of services. We are looking for an Industrial Consultant to join their expanding team, who will contribute to the team's success through their expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Become a (pro)active member of the Industrial Agency Team;
- Represent Landlords and Tenants;
- Target Industrial Occupiers, understanding their needs and providing different accommodation solutions short and long term;
- Maintain strategic relationships with key tenants;
- Manage sale and lease from the start to the end of each project;
- Cooperate with different divisions of the company;
- Provide cross-border assistance to different country teams of Savills Global Advisors;
- Support and mentor team members
Elvárások / Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- is an ambitious and self-driven person,
- has 5 years of relevant experience in commercial property sales or leasing
- is a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Economics or Technical degree, and real estate related studies
- is not afraid of challenges and deadlines
