HR Specialist - French speaking with Transition

Main responsibilities:

  • Support HR transition projects eg. providing assistance in process assessment and scope definition
  • Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
  • Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing
  • Support Change Request Management activities on country level
  • Support HR Business Process Analysts in liaison with the IT organization in handling questions 
  • Participate in system and process improvements
  • Create and update system and process documentation
  • Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
  • Support the administration of HR processes and procedures
  • Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies



Required skills:

  • Degree in business administration or HR 
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)
  • Advanced computer skills (tech & digitization affinity)
  • Fluent in English and French
