We are searching for a motivated colleague
as a
Head of CEE Finance management GBS
Scope:
Manages the financial operation of the MOL Group Companies put in the responsibility scope. The focus of the work is to ensure MOL group-level business solutions and the high-level financial activities of subsidiaries within the Group, in order to achieve the flowless financial operation and project management. Analyze, understand, supervise and develop the financial processes, moreover the regular operation of the companies in scope, through local financial teams.
Educate associated team members and other stakeholders on the efficacy of GBS processes, or the potential benefits of standardizing policies.
Main Tasks:
- Lead the team responsible for the financial operation management of the companies put in scope
- Contribute to the local financial operation and projects, by professionally managing the local financial teams of the Group companies put into scope
- Provide professional support for the subordinated colleagues within the CEE Financial Management GBS Unit
- Manage the regular operation through the local financial teams, moreover establish an effective control over the regular operation
- Design policies, processes and embedded internal controls and lead the implementation, in alignment with the respective Group policies and “best practices”
- Initiate and drive change management in relation to process transformation, policy and process changes with key stakeholders from business and GBS operations
- Set the desired performance and quality levels of the activities related to the process in project scope across Group companies in scope, based on agreed measurable (KPIs) ensuring a timely reaction to any missed KPI targets
Requirements:
- University degree in Economy
- 10-15 years in finance areas, 5 years team management experience, 1-3 year project/ stakeholder management experience
- Office user knowledge, SAP knowledge
- Fluent in Hungarian and advanced English; Polish/Romanian/Slovenian is advantageous
- Willingness to travel
- Skills: agility, people and stakeholder management, integrity, strategic thinking, yet detail orientated, risk awareness, process oriented mindset, leadership skills, action oriented
