Group Renewables Project Implementation Manager

The position exists due to the need of building renewable production and storage portfolio. The renewable project implementation manager is responsible for specific renewable and energy management projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage renewable energy projects and programs for MOL Group and the development of project-specific business (market and technology) solutions.
• Responsible for the implementation of approved (financially authorized) projects in time, in budget.
• Act as an executive officer of the company(ies) of the operating renewables assests, responsible for operational KPIs as well as the integration of newly implemented/acquired assets/companies.
• Strongly support Renewables related organic and inorganic projects inside and outside of Group Renewables. Support the development and operation of renewable energy production and storage projects.
• Responsible for managing decision points for managers and preparing decision-making materials about project evaluations and their status.
• Track the developments of the renewable energy industry, including emerging technologies, regulatory changes and market trends, and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify and investigate the effects of the external environment on the existing and future operations from business perspective.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of MOL Group’s Renewable Energy Strategy and collaborate with other departments within the company to integrate renewable energy into the company's broader business strategy.
• Help to create and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders.
• Is responsible for safe and HSE compliant realization of work.

Education, skills, experience:

• MSC in engineering or economics.
• Preferably 10+ year professional experience.
• Expertise in Project Management, Project Development, Project Implementation, Sustainability and Renewables.
• Fluent Business English.
• Driving licence.
