Feladatok / Tasks

Evaluate technical support interactions (phone calls, emails, chats), including technical accuracy, customer service quality and adherence to company standards

Develop a targeted coaching plan with team leaders to develop colleagues' technical skills

Continuously update product knowledge on supported tools

Supervise quality assurance (contact monitoring, evaluation, calibration)

Provide feedback to management and assist in problem solving and improvement suggestions Informing the team on relevant policies, procedures and technical documentation

Analysing quality trends and providing benchmarking for the development of the team
