Our client is a multinational company with a significant global presence, is currently looking for a German Speaking Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team in Budapest.
As a Payroll Specialist your tasks will be the following:
- Consolidate and submit payroll data
- Review and adjust calculations with providers
- Generate payroll reports
- Arrange net payments and handle payroll liabilities
- Ensure compliance with audit and local regulations
- Update key partners on legislative changes
- Maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other departments
- Address employee payroll inquiries
- Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
- At least 2 years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a multinational setting
- Fluent in English and German language knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to adapt easily to the changing and dynamic environment
- Great prioritization skills
