German speaking Order Service Representative

Main responsibilities:

  • Process and manage various types of orders (project, non-project, warranty, change orders, etc.)
  • Verify order completeness and accuracy, including technical specifications and project schedules
  • Collaborate with sales, project managers, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Track order progress and update relevant systems 
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
  • Provide post-sales support for warranty claims and replacement orders
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and feedback collection



Required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
