Main responsibilities:
- Process and manage various types of orders (project, non-project, warranty, change orders, etc.)
- Verify order completeness and accuracy, including technical specifications and project schedules
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track order progress and update relevant systems
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Provide post-sales support for warranty claims and replacement orders
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and feedback collection
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
