French Speaking Service Desk Analyst position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company operating a shared service centre in Budapest.
The responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst are the following:
- Provide centralized first level IT advice and support to customers
- Be a first point of contact for end users support using all contact mediums (e-mail, phone)
- Ticket creation / categorization
- Documentation and administration
- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams
- Be able to work under pressure, to work in a team and to support team members
What you'll need to succeed:
- Fluent French and upper-intermediate English language skills
- Experienced in any customer service role
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- Flexible, multitasking, dynamic personality, team player attitude
- You have logical thinking, good problem-solving skills
