Engineering Coordinator

Main duties:

  • Coordinating maintenance/technical activities, assisting and supervising the work of colleagues and contractors
  • Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering office
  • Provide secretarial support to the Engineering team
  • Maintain stock & adequate supplies of tools and equipment
  • Report and follow-up any maintenance issues or hazards, defective materials and equipment
  • Ensure all communications, particularly relating to guests and other departments are handled promptly and professionally

The ideal profile:

  • At least a few years of relevant work experience (hotel experience is an advantage)
  • Previous experience in administration or supervisory for an engineering/building environment
  • Relevant professional qualification(s)
  • Fluency in English & Hungarian
  • Punctual, accurate and support-focused work
  • Affinity for administrative work with good computer skills
