Main duties:
- Coordinating maintenance/technical activities, assisting and supervising the work of colleagues and contractors
- Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering office
- Provide secretarial support to the Engineering team
- Maintain stock & adequate supplies of tools and equipment
- Report and follow-up any maintenance issues or hazards, defective materials and equipment
- Ensure all communications, particularly relating to guests and other departments are handled promptly and professionally
The ideal profile:
- At least a few years of relevant work experience (hotel experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience in administration or supervisory for an engineering/building environment
- Relevant professional qualification(s)
- Fluency in English & Hungarian
- Punctual, accurate and support-focused work
- Affinity for administrative work with good computer skills
