Dutch Speaking UX Support Engineer 

  Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district) 

        Service Window: M-Fri 7.00 AM - 7.00 PM – 2 office days per week

  Requirements:

• High School degree
• Fluent Dutch (close to native level) skills 
• Upper-intermediate English skills 
• Residence permit or EU citizenship
• Min. of 2 years of experience in solving IT problems
• Flexible, and dynamic personality 
• Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills

  If you join them, your responsibilities will be:

• Monitor and enhance end-user digital experiences
• Analyze and identify patterns in digital performance
• Conduct regular system health checks and create proactive performance improvements
• Manage and resolve critical high-priority tickets
• Coordinate with resolver groups for maintenance and issue resolution
• Alert engineers and leads to prevent SLA breaches
• Collaborate with partners and vendors for optimal service delivery
• Provide top-tier technical remote support and incident management
• Contribute to account reviews and continuous service improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations on internal processes, workflows, and knowledge management
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle additional project tasks as needed
