Data Privacy Compliance Associate

• Handle information requests, incidents, and RFP-related queries.
• Assist with various projects across different teams.
• Review and evaluate AI tools and AI-related initiatives.
• Support vendor reviews and assessments.
• Conduct monthly marketing and cookie-related activities.
• Stay updated on and review new laws and regulations related to privacy, cookies, and AI.
• Participate in project involvement and coordination.
• Prepare decks and summary memos as needed.

 You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Strong understanding of firm-wide privacy principles.
• Interest in privacy and emerging technologies, especially AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in privacy or compliance audit, or a strong interest in these areas.
• Openness to new ideas and quick learning.
• Risk mindset to identify and minimise privacy risks.
• Ability to keep projects on track.
• Audit background is beneficial for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Ability to escalate issues when necessary.
