Join one of the leading electronics manufacturing companies in Budapest's 11th district as part of a newly established unit! We are looking for motivated individuals to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in an assigned product area and region.
• Provide information, troubleshoot problems, and arrange collections using various courier systems.
• Offer guidance to customers and escalate complex issues to the next level of support.
• Ensure adherence to process-related and quality guidelines.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Secondary school education with relevant qualifications.
• Vocational training and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are desirable.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand how decisions impact customers.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
