Cost manager - Quantity Surveyor

What you will do

• Professional cost consultancy regarding building construction
• Creating cost estimations in various design stages, coordinating discipline specialists
• Reviewing and managing BIM-based cost models
• Creating and reviewing bill of quantities
• Cost management support during tenders of general contractors and specialist contractors; contract review
• Cost management of projects under construction
• Project controlling in Client’s system
• Cost reporting and cost input into management information system
• Creating post-construction cost reviews, benchmarking

What you need to succeed

• University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Market overview, general knowledge on cost levels and price information
• Knowledge of cost management and quantity surveyor standards (ICSM, DIN)
• B category driver’s license

Would be an advantage:

• Post-graduate degree or certification in QS, RICS membership
• Strong IT familiarity or coding experience
• Experience in life-cycle cost analyses
