Business Development Manager for Cyclodextrins
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities for excipients and active ingredients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical industries.
- Find target customers and interact with existing distributors and new partners.
- Conclude contracts with new buyers.
- Provide recommendations and technical support on excipients and active ingredients.
- Create industry reports and stay updated on trends, recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to publish content.
- Promote product lines and meet with customers to develop new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the manager
What we require:
- 5+ years of experience in excipient and active ingredient sales or application, formulation, manufacturing and/or technical focus in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and/or nutraceutical industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (chemistry, pharmacy or life sciences)
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical product life cycle and drug development cycle.
- Demonstrated experience with a passion for monitoring emerging industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluency in English is essential.
