German-speaking Payroll Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Processing the end-to-end payroll process for the German market
• Maintaining the payroll database regarding salary and pay
• Consolidate and standardize payroll data 
• Preparing gross to net, & net pay reports
• Being in contact with key business partners and other internal departments
• Being up to date with payroll legislation changes
• Answering and investigating payroll-related employee inquiries
• Participating in process improvement projects

Required skills:

• Minimum 1-year experience in an end-to-end payroll position in a multinational environment
• Proficient in English at an advanced or native level, with intermediate German skills
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Precise and accurate attitude
• Cooperative, team-player mindset
