Main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and the commercial teams within the assigned region.
- Provide outstanding support to customers and sales teams by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience, meet service level agreements, and minimize audit risk.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle operational customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Required skills:
- Fluent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
