Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and the commercial teams within the assigned region.
  • Provide outstanding support to customers and sales teams by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience, meet service level agreements, and minimize audit risk.
  • Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle operational customer complaints professionally and efficiently.



Required skills:

  • Fluent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
