Group HR Data Quality Expert
Purpose of the Position:
Are you passionate about data accuracy and quality? Join our dynamic team as an HR Data Quality Expert, where you will ensure that HR data meets the highest standards, enabling informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance. This pivotal role involves establishing and implementing data governance frameworks, identifying and rectifying data anomalies, and fostering a culture of data accuracy and reliability across the HR function.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Conduct thorough audits of HR data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Collaborate with HR teams to rectify data issues and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance data management processes to optimize data quality and efficiency.
- Implement data cleansing procedures to maintain a high level of data quality. Develop and implement data quality standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Generate and analyze reports on HR data quality metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data quality assessments.
- Work closely with IT, GBS, and other relevant departments to integrate data quality measures into HR systems.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on data entry best practices and data quality standards.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- College or University degree in Economics, Data Management, or IT.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR data management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent coordination skills, adaptability to change, and a striving for excellence.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
- Professional proficiency in English.
