Main responsibilities:
- Focus on transactional success for order entry and quality assurance.
- Manage orders through various channels such as EDI, Esker, online platforms, and customer-specific systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, meet service level agreement targets, and minimize audit risk exposure.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in English and German
- Customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Offic
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to deta
